  Me and mum had a full body massage done by Anisa and Haleema. The whole experience was soo comforting and relaxing. They were both lovely ladies and very respectful.

  I visited Royal Onsen today and I cannot begin to tell you how amazing my experience was. The customer service here is 100/10 I was so taken back by how kind, caring and nice the staff are here. Unfortunately due to my personal circumstances I had to delay my session, the staff were so quick to make these changes for me. I was so taken back at how kind they were towards to me.
The spa itself is a beautiful experience, the hydrotherapy pool makes you feel relaxed and recharged. I booked a 25 minute massage as part of my package and that was also amazing.
The sauna, steam room and chill out area is all kept super clean and also robes, towel and slippers are all provided.
I would a million percent recommend  this to everyone as this is one of the best spas I have been to. I will definitely be returning many more times in the future.
Thank you to the team for the incredible experience and your kindness. I cannot wait to visit again!!
