Royal Onsen requires 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any beauty clinic appointment. Failure to provide this notice will result in a £25 cancellation fee applied to your next bill, regardless of the treatment’s value. We operate a no refund policy for spa bookings. Any changes to booking dates must be made at least 5 days in advance; otherwise, a £25 rescheduling fee will be applied per person, per change. This policy applies in all circumstances.
